LARGE SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION
We contacted Byron about building a large single storey extension across the width of our house as well as completing work on our outdoor space.
He arranged to meet us at home to have preliminary chats and was really helpful in regards to what we needed to do regarding architects and planning etc. After receiving his quote for all work promptly we were booked in for a few weeks ahead.
We loved the fact that Byron gave us assurances that him and his team would focus on our build fully. Byron and Luke were on site everyday, they made incredible progress and kept us up to date every step of the way. He arranged all aspects of the build, from rendering, painting and decorating, electrics and plumbing, we had no worry’s at all.
They were incredibly polite and respectful to us and our neighbours, each evening they left the sight incredibly tidy and up together.
They finished on schedule and we are so happy with our new space, we were sorry to see them leave in fact.
We look forward to using them on any future projects and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

WRAP AROUND EXTENSION
We chose to work with By Design on a large (1000 sqft) wrap around extension. There were a number of challenges to overcome including party wall agreements, lack of working space and the need to keep services live as we occupied the house during the works. By Design were excellent in terms of planning, deliveries, consistency of attendance and the works were completed very efficiently and to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them for large domestic projects.

LOFT CONVERSION & REAR EXTENSION
We started the process of looking into our loft conversion and kitchen extension back in April 22, and Byron has been involved almost every step of the way. From recommending our architect to several site visits to help with fleshing out our ideas! Byron and his team were fantastic from beginning to the end of the work, even looking after our dog at times! All the sub contractors were brilliant too, always friendly and quick. A sign of a good worksperson is how clean things are left after work is done, well often Byron and his team left the house cleaner than they found it! I couldn't recommend them enough. We were kept in the loop constantly and Byron was almost always on site. The works were completed a month early to a very high standard, fantastic team, you really can't go wrong with them.
